Shipping policy
All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on public holidays. All orders go through Australia Post.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email, phone (via text message), or app notification.

Choose untracked shipping at your own risk. We will not be held responsible for any lost parcels if you have chosen this method of shipping. Please make sure you provide the correct shipping address as no replacement or refund will be issued.
